In case you are a manager or a business account holder, we may need to collect proof of your identity, as per our Terms of Service and financial regulation, in order to verify your identity and deliver our services to you securely and in compliance with applicable laws.


You are responsible for ensuring that third parties whose personal data is shared with Spenfi services by you or through your use of a Spenfi payment card has been informed and has consented to their personal data being collected.

The host servers on which Spenfi processes and stores its databases are located exclusively within the European Union (in Netherlands).
